Speaking Level Sponsorship* - $4000 CAD + Booth cost

*Limited to eight. These eight must each be pre-approved by show management and our event sponsor. Show management and our event sponsor will have their eight choices made by May of 2019 in order to begin promoting.
• Companies interested in this ALA CARTE SPONSORSHIP may sign up for it, but will only be charged for this sponsorship price if chosen as one of the eight breakout session speaking level sponsorships.
• Companies interested in this sponsorship can be one solo sponsor, or two partner companies combining to co-sponsor it.
• Companies interested in this sponsorship should submit to show management one or two proposed presentations or panel discussions.

This sponsorship, if one of the eight chosen,  comes with a ¼ page color ad in the Conference Guide.

Some general guidelines to keep in mind:
• These presentations should not be "salesy" or an infomercial in any way, shape, or form. Our audience is not looking for sales pitches.
• HIT vendors who bring together cutting-edge presentations that incorporate one or more hospital provider staff clients/prospects to give their perspectives on the session topic tend to be received well in this program.
• HIT vendors may moderate a panel of providers they assemble and cover a hot topic during their session.
• Each breakout presentation room will be set up with a small head table (if needed) for up to four seated panelists. There will be a podium, a stool behind the podium. An A/V projector unit to (if needed). An A/V presentation screen behind/next to the podium. Wireless internet service. Electricity. One literature table near room entrance.
• Breakout sessions will be 45 minutes and cannot run over.

Attendee Audience Demographic Information:

We are estimating the 2020 Ontario Health IT Conference attendee numbers to be conservatively in the range of 350 to 500 HIT Professionals, not including conference exhibitor/sponsor staffs.
For reference, for the 1st annual Ontario Health IT Conference held October 2019, there were a total of 330 attendees.
Of those 330, over 275 were staff persons from Ontario based provider organizations.
In addition, there were approximately 170 exhibitors and sponsors staff onsite, too.

All attendees combined onsite for the conference day was just over 500 for year one in Ontario.

• We target/invite full-time staff persons who work in places where patient care happens in the province of Ontario.

• We invite deciders and influencers from area hospitals, health care system organizations, medical clinics, doctor offices, and IT departments of medical colleges and universities in Ontario.

• The event sponsor is HIMSS Ontario Chapter. This chapter consists of over 500 HIT professionals. These members will be invited to attend by chapter leadership.

• We also invite Ontario area HIT professionals from healthcare provider organizations who are not current members of HIMSS Ontario Chapter.

• We also invite the membership of our event association partners.

• We target C level, D level, M level, and a variety of other healthcare executives from area health care provider organizations who influence decision making.

• Since ’06, we have built and managed over twenty regional HIT conferences in the states and we have always exceeded the minimum 300 level of event attendees anticipated.
