Speaking Level Sponsorship* - $5,000 CAD + Booth Cost

*These are limited. Important to note that these cannot be sales pitch-oriented presentations.

All sessions/presentations must incorporate provider staff perspectives and thoughts.

i.e. your company will need to incorporate one or more of your company’s hospital or medical clinic customers/clients who agree to be a panelist and to sharing their perspectives on the session topic.

Optimal to have multiple provider staff perspectives being shared as a part of your company’s non-sales pitch presentation or panel discussion.

Again, no infomercials. Companies who ignore this, unfortunately, will not be able to present in future year conferences.

Critical that 100% of speaking sponsors understand this and present their sessions accordingly.

Topics and descriptions submitted must not be similar to other ones that are already posted on the Agenda at the same time.

  • includes one private breakout presentation room  be set up with a head table for up to four seated panelists.

Also included within the private breakout room:

  • a speaker podium, and a chair stool behind the podium.
  • an A/V projector unit to plug in your lap top or thumb drive to (if needed).

*All ads must be HIT solutions or services oriented and approved by show management. Non-exhibitor print ads cannot compete with any of the 61 exhibitors.

Attendee Audience Demographic Information:

We are estimating the 2020 Ontario Health IT Conference attendee numbers to be conservatively in the range of 350 to 500 HIT Professionals, not including conference exhibitor/sponsor staffs.
For reference, for the 1st annual Ontario Health IT Conference held October 2019, there were a total of 330 attendees.
Of those 330, over 275 were staff persons from Ontario based provider organizations.
In addition, there were approximately 170 exhibitors and sponsors staff onsite, too.

All attendees combined onsite for the conference day was just over 500 for year one in Ontario.

• We target/invite full-time staff persons who work in places where patient care happens in the province of Ontario.

• We invite deciders and influencers from area hospitals, health care system organizations, medical clinics, doctor offices, and IT departments of medical colleges and universities in Ontario.

• The event sponsor is HIMSS Ontario Chapter. This chapter consists of over 500 HIT professionals. These members will be invited to attend by chapter leadership.

• We also invite Ontario area HIT professionals from healthcare provider organizations who are not current members of HIMSS Ontario Chapter.

• We also invite the membership of our event association partners.

• We target C level, D level, M level, and a variety of other healthcare executives from area health care provider organizations who influence decision making.

• Since ’06, we have built and managed over twenty regional HIT conferences in the states and we have always exceeded the minimum 300 level of event attendees anticipated.
